Cannot login into EufySecurity App

Two out of three family members are able to login to the app, but one member is unable to. Every time they try to login it says “Email or password is incorrect” but it is the correct password as we’ve just reset the password to make sure. I tried redownloading the app and updating it, but still says incorrect password or email. The member that is unable to login is also the admin. Help please.

If the email address and password are correct I would suggest you contact support@anker.com or support@eufylife.com so they can check the account centrally, especially with it being the admin account (your primary account I take it?)
