Can PowerPort Solar 21W charge PowerCore+ 26800 PD 45W

I plan to buy PowerPort Solar 21W, also it would be perfect, if I could store solar power into a PowerCore. Let’s say PowerCore Essential 20000 PD or PowerCore+ 26800 PD 45W. However, as a newbie, I’m not sure if it is even possible.

Based on the answer from other question, seems that it is not recommended. I’d like to double check it here.

If it is possible, which PowerCore can work with Solar Panel, and do I need to add any unit in between?
If it is not possible, is there any way that I can store solar power?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Where do you intend to buy?

The best fit Powercore currently are the

  • Powercore II 6700 quantity 2
  • Powercore 10000 quantity 2
  • Powercore 26800 (dual input type)

These each take 5V 2A input per port and the 21W outputs max 15W so 5V 1.5A per port.

If you did buy any of those you mentioned they would not charge as their input is not 5V.
