Astro E1 6700mAh iphone 5s compatibility?

I bought an Astro E1 6700mAh to recharge my iphone. It seems to have come with a single cable that isn’t compatible with my Iphone 5s. Am I misunderstanding how it works, or missing a cord of some kind? Is the idea that I use my apple lightning cable to connect it?

The cable it came with is a micro-usb cable that is to charge the battery of the Astro. You need a lightning cable to charge your phone (the cable that you received when you purchased the phone or anything that looks similar to it)

I actually recently purchased the E1 and have used it with my iPhone 6s. Works great. It’s a great little companion that sits in my backpack when I’m out and about but ready to go when needed. I love the size and weight of it. Just bringing your iPhone’s charging cable with you and you’re all set. :slight_smile:

you should use your own lightning cable. the cable come with the powerbank only charge the powerbank itself and most android phone.
