Spaetzel w/ white mushroom sauce
Stuffed schnitzel w/ ham, mustard, horseradish and Irish porter cheese
Balsamic roasted beetroot (fresh from garden)
Only thing missing was a good bock…

I usually cook and make a salad with olive oil and a little bit of vinegar.
The Schnitzel looks interesting.
Never made such a version.
I will create a classical “Wiener Schnitzel” the next time.

The solutions thing is a weird one.
I would say 50% were answers i knew and the rest i Googled or found on Ankers website.
I only do the latter if im in the mood and the person who asked the question seemed like they had tried a bit for themselves.

But that’s the commercial world we live in.
Minimal instructions with products and everyone is driven to either “most commonly asked questions” page on a website or a forum.
I guess it drives up the footfall and webpage hits and keeps the long-standing members busy.
