Can the led of the mouse be turned off in someway? It’s turned on even when pc is off.

If it is a wireless Anker Vertical Mouse, then you can turn it off using the On/Off Switch.
If it is a wired Anker Vertical Mouse, then it is a OS setting you need to look at. May be check the control panel setting and deactivate fast start…
