Hi All - I just purchased an 8 in 1 power expand and when I connect this to my Macbook pro 2020 it cycles the display on and off on my Samsung UHD 28" monitor.
If I use the Apple adapter its fine but through either of the HDMO ports on the Anker it doesnt work.

Hmm no idea what’s causing that issue. I’d just ask for my money back
I have a Dell laptop using the same Anker USB C 8 in 1. It has two HDMI ports and once I connected the Anker to the laptop and two additional MSi screens using the 2 HDMI ports on the Anker, one correctly displays resolution and the other does not. I thought maybe it was a screen issue. However, when I only plug one screen in at a time both screens have proper resolution. It’s only when I plug both screens in that one will have proper resolution and the other does not. I’m starting to think the Anker USB C 8 -1 does not fully support 2 screens using the 2 HDMI ports. Is that correct?
