Anker soundcore spirit X wireless headphones

Above wireless headphones, refuse to connect via Bluetooth. Can’t connect watch, or laptop or phone.
Have tried the usual:
Reset, IE back to base settings for headphones
Remove “headphones profile” from various device’s
Re-pair devices Bluetooth

Nothing so far has worked.

Any ideas anyone?

You appear to have tried all the usual recommendations. The only trick you not mentioned is turn them off for at least 10 mins then turn on, then attempt to pair.

These appear most likely a dud unit, which is rare for a new unit. Open ticket service@soundcore.com
