Anker Soundcore Rage not visible via bluetooth! Help!
I’ve tried multiple devices, and everything on threads.
I’m using Motorola G7 Power. My soundcore Rave has only about 16 hours use time, I bought it back in December. I got this new cell phone, and now i cannot see the soundcore at all on my new device or my old.
Have you tried to pair with some other phone than Motorola G7?
you may try to reset via the reset port on the Rave at the bottom back part, and follow the above steps to re-pair and then follow the above steps
Also do send an email with detailed steps you have done so far to Soundcore Support Service@Soundcore.com
Let us know the outcome if the above helps and response from the Soundcore Support.
