Anker soundcore life note problem

Please Ive just bought an Anker soundcore life note TWS, after using them, I put them to recharge in the case, I noticed that the rught one isn’t charging at all, while the left one is Ok
What can I do ?
NOTE : it’s brand new, so no dirt on the contact pins

You could contact the support from soundcore.

If they were not new I’d be recommending cleaning the pins and checking for debris.

For new, I’d check for debris interfering with the magnetic connection, if you’re sure nothing there then contact support service@soundcore.com
