Hello, I have the above model, both earbud are connecting but only playing through one bud at a time, I can press either button to pause music and press the button on the bud that wasn’t working and it will play through that one, but again only through that one. Along the same topic, I received a phone call, the ringtone sounded in one ear, beeps In the other one and when I answered the call came through on one earbud and it was the opposite one to the music, the music did stop, any help appreciated
