Anker soundcore Liberty air case not charging

My charge case will not charge. I have cleaned all contact points nothing is damaged. Just stopped last week for no reason… what can I do ? I have no way to recharge wireless earphones?

I’d try different cable and charger.

If a different cable and charger doesn’t work, just contact support, come on

If the cables and different chargers do not work, you will need to contact service@soundcore.com. A little while back they stated you can buy the cases for several devices. It will be 30 percent of the cost to buy new.

If you have got them within the 18 months, you also contact them for their warrenty.
