Can I use my “Anker USB Type-C Premium 5-Port 60W USB Wall Charger“
To charge the SoundCore Bluetooth speaker?
I have concern that the current supplied by the Wall Charger, will cause damage to my spake…
I couldn’t find specs…in user manuel regarding this matter…

The charger is equipped with power iq technology so it will only supply as much voltage as the speaker requires. Rest assured it will not cause any damage to your device

This charger outputs 5 volts and the Anker SoundCore accepts 5 volts, so you’re OK. Power IQ will supply the correct voltage and amperage to the Anker SoundCore. 
We understand your concern. But be assured that the Anker USB Type-C Premium 5-Port 60W USB Wall Charger is compatible with the SoundCore Bluetooth speaker, we suggest use the four PIQ ports to charge the speaker.
