Anker SoundBuds Curve – A3411011

Hello there i bought Anker SoundBuds Curve – A3411011 exactly one week ago , it was going well i connected a windows laptop and an android phone but today suddenly the right side sound dropped , i still have plans using it while working out and kind of disappointed by this anyone has the solution ? i tried cleaning it and resetting no use still the same issue if anyone had such problem and solved it plz let me know they are expensive to me and i want to keep it for at least a year . thanks

@muhammad.alvi101 Since you are seeing this issue for right earbud for both windows and android phone, mostly a hardware issue… (i think so)

I would recommend below:

  1. Reaching out to the retailer you bought this headset from (believe this is from middle-east)
  2. Write to Anker Support support@anker.com
