Dear Forum,
Need your help. I recently purchased the Anker PowerExpand 13-in-1 USB-C Dock product A8392 and it works like a charm. However each time I plug it into either my 2019 MBP 16 inch or any Windows PC the volume settings (by itself) keeps muting my volume? I don’t get it?!
Nothing else is plugged into the device except the power adaptor, and the USB tryp c to my Laptop?
Please help.
