Anker PowerConf Speaker

hi I bought PowerConf last week and I have been facing this problem where the part on the other side of the lines is not able to hear my voice during the call. I notice this happens when I try and reduce the volume of the speaker - has anybody else faced the same problem ?

@Haseeb.haque Some of us on this community own the PowerConf, but yet to hear the issue you have mentioned.

I would recommend you update the Firmware on PowerConf to latest, by connecting to Soundcore App, and using the “Single-Person mode” if you are the only person using it at a time.

  • How are you connected to the PowerConf – PC / Mac – Via USB-C OR Smartphone via Bluetooth?
  • what service are you using for the calls?
  • Is this happening for all calls / Some calls?
  • Is this happening for All Participants / Same, few participants?
  • How close / far are you from the PowerConf when you speak during the call?

Thats an odd one and something i haven’t experienced myself. Well, only when the people at the other end of the call are having problems.

I concur with @Shenoy recommendations.
