Anker Power Core III

I just received my battery in the mail. It’s been charging for 4 hours and it only shows two blue lights. It has not charged all the way. Why?

@Matthew_Hoadley Which model of PowerCore III are you using and are you trying to charge with a suitable powered wall adapter ie 18w or above?

They usually take a while especially if you are not using the right charging brick
