So i bought an Anker Power Core essential 20000 to charge my Samsung Tablet S7+. 5he tablet reported it was charging slowly, so I checked with a usb meter, which reported only 5V at 400ma. I am using an original Anker cable and this Problem is still there when trying to charge my phone (zte) and my work phone(Iphone X) is my Power Bank broken, or is it supposed to be like this? Thanks
