Hi!, Yesterday I have bought the Liberty Neo Earbuds, but already have trouble with it, they are paired successfully with my phone but the right earbud won’t make any kind of sound, the left one make some notifications when pull out of the case, but the right won’t make any sound, I tried playing some music but only the left sounds, I still can control the music with pressing the right earbud, I have tried resenting both earbuds but nothing, need some help or I will have to send it back where I bought it, thanks for any help provided.

You should contact customer service for this. If you can control music with right earbud then it shouldn’t be a battery issue which was my first guess. Just send an email to service@soundcore.com and they should be able to help you out. You will need your order details after they reply
