Anker headphones acting strange

I own a pair of anker soundcore liberty neo headphones, I think it says model number a3911?
Seemingly out of nowhere when I took the headphones from the case and used them, the left side produces no sound and the right is skipping on and off every second.
In an attempt to fix it, I reset them by disconnecting them from my phones bluetooth and, while still in their case, I shut them down by holding the buttons down til the lights flashed red. Turning them on again and reconnecting gave me the same problems though.

I own a soundcore Q10 and i have the same issue. It is so strange because I got mine less than 2months ago from aliexpress.

When did you get them?

Just a couple months ago in the october-december range.

Then it’s probably still under warranty. Contact support and if they can’t tell you how to troubleshoot the issue, try to get a refund or another pair
