Anker Ethernet Adapter + MAC OSX Catalina Problems

Hi

I have an Anker Ethernet Adapter, I’ve just updated my MBP 13" 2019 to Mac OSX Catalina and the Anker Ethernet Adapter stopped working.

I have my Anker Ethernet Adapter plugged into Dell S2719DM, the Dell monitor plugs into my MBP via USB-C. Never had any issues before with this setup.

I’ve tried this fix, but after restarting the adapter is still not working.

Only when rebooting into safe mode the adapter works fine, otherwise it isn’t even detected.

Any idea what I could try?

Im not sure, mine has been ok since installing plugable.com drivers.
