My Anker A1622 Battery/Charger keeps turning off after a short time even when my iPhone is only at 75% charged! Why? I use the Apple USB cable.

Hi. What do you mean by “turning off?” Also, have your tried a different cable? Please also check your iphone’s port for any lint that may be obstructing the connection. Hope that helps. If you need further assistance, contact Anker at support@anker.com and they will troubleshoot with you.
