I don’t recommend anyone buy this.
Not that is a bad product, but because it is just 2 panels instead of 3 panels 21W, all smaller solar panels suffer from requiring perfect conditions and so in many conditions they are useless.
15W panel requires much stronger sunshine to make a useful charge than 21W. If you buy this you’ll need perfect conditions, vs 21W imperfect conditions makes useful power.
Pay that bit extra for 21W is very worthwhile.
Ignore the brand but look at total solar panel area in this video
