I just read a post earlier today on this forum, but I can’t find it. So I’m mad because it said what to do when you turn the A7721 keyboard on but it doesn’t stay on.
A7721 won't stay on
There are quite a few posts about the A7721, can you remember the one you read it on?

Try
1.forgetting the keyboard in your devices settings
2. then repair by holding fn+z keys untill the led flashes
3. Reconnect in device BT settings
You could also use the USB dongle/stick located right next to the keyboard batteries under the battery cover provide the computer or device you are trying to connect to has a USB port.
I was being dumb the whole time! I did find the post however, and I was pressing the F, N, and Z keys, not the Fn and Z key. but I am glad I figured out both things.
