Status LED for the PowerPort+ 1 with Quick Charge 3.0

The PowerPort+ 1 with Quick Charge 3.0 has a status LED on the front. However, the documentation does not list the meaning of the various LED states. Could someone please provide this?

I looked at the two page manual and nothing. Sorry I was of no help

User Manual for A2013

Sorry. Can’t help you here. Maybe try contacting anker?

The light isn’t a status light, it’s just so you know there is power to the plugs

Isn’t it just plugged/unplugged? What states do you see?

So far, I’ve seen it flashing slowly or just solid. The only color I’ve seen is green.
The slow flash I noticed when I first plugged it in, which made me think maybe it was detecting a problem with my power, e.g. bad ground or something like that. It eventually went solid. So maybe it runs some kind of diagnostic initially and then goes solid when it’s ok?

I also saw nothing in the manual, which is why I’ve posted the question.

It is charging my device, so it seems ok. But I’m mostly just curious to know if there’s a problem being detected.

I contacted Anker. They said the green LED basically should be on or off. When I first plugged it in and saw it flashing slowly, they think that means the output was not stable. I suppose it was only something I’ll see the very first time I plug it in.
