My brother and his new wife just had their first baby a couple of weeks ago. I’m now an Uncle. My wife and I starting Thursday morning we take some about 6 days of vacation to see our new nephew and visit family at our family farm in Mississippi.

I would like to have a rooster to wake me up in the morning.

Ha! I live in the middle of town, but it’s outlawed to have a rooster. And I can only have 12 total.

I heard about this. That really warmed my heart. If only we can be more animals, when it comes to acceptance and love. Watching videos and reading articles of animals, always makes me happy. Rather it be…them being rescued, goofing around, or just being adorable.

I arrived at my in-laws after work today for dinner. It was still light and as I got out of my car, I could hear birds singing away…
For time this year, and the thought of spring arriving after a wet and miserable winter just lifted my spirits.
Just stood there for a minute, on my own, and just listened in silence - wonderful. Makes you glad to be alive…
I brought a car lift, not a full on lift but in that’s portable and can lift most cars and trucks. Now I can finally work on my car whenever I need to without any issues.
This is what I got…minus the Mustang, lol

It gets a little frustrating very fast once you stump on your first problem. Then again, one you overcome this first problem, the feeling is great! Since I’m on a fast-paced program, I’m bound to be challenged every class!
I’m still smiling from that GASsy cheer of theirs. LOL!
