It’s generally based on stock availability to where the person lives. I once waited 3 months for a prize I won because it was backordered and then sold out right away before they had stock to send me. But rest assured if you win and do everything you need, to you will eventually get your prize… Unless it gets stollen and then nobody takes blame and you lose out
