Eufy Genie doesn't seem to connect to 2.4 GHz hidden network

I don’t know how I should do to fix the solution except to make the SSID unhidden.

Is the 2.4 ghz network the same name as your 5 ghz? I had that issue with my smart bulbs and had to create a guest network for it to use.

Nope, they’re not. The 5 GHz connections are labeled with “5GHz” at the end.

Ah, I fixed the problem by resetting the WiFi router. Pretty dumb on my part lol.

Dumb or not, this doesn’t matter.

We all here are sometimes doing something which could have been done much easier and better ! :wink:
