Apple’s USB-C to Lightning cable is actually not that bad… much better than their USB-A to Lightning cable, but same price.
Anker Unveils USB-C to Lightning Cables!
But still usually I can count on Anker for a cheaper price. This mean I have to wait for them to send their discount codes when this thing goes on sale so I can buy it.
Not a bad price considering the build quality & warranty you get…plus after a few months they will hits the sales or come down in price…
Economies of scale I assume?
Hopefully it becomes cheaper (like $17)
I think it will get cheaper really fast. But we will see…
Yeah. Anker needs to keep price below what Apple charges, even on debut. I know they are setting themselves up to discount the cables later, but they risk losing clients early by charging more than apple.
Nah I doubt they will lose any clients to apple, these cables are more durable and come with a better warranty and most people will pay a premium for that
Pricier than I was expecting, but at least Anker’s will be braided. The extra $2 might be worth the extra durability.
That price might be for the regular PowerLine, non-braided option.
That’s the price for the non braided option???
I think so.
damn that sucks the braiding makes it feel and in my opinion look so much better
Ouch. That’s…ouch.
That’s an expensive cable. I will wait for the price to come down.
Will be waiting on discounts on these/multipacks.
Can’t wait for those to be available. Any release date for France?
Hopefully, this will show up for Canadian also.
