The Online seller bought this Anker soundcore pro from Amazon.com
Proof of purchase has some his Personal privacy information
The Online seller can’t offer proof of purchase to me.
But I Found serial number on charge cable SN: FJxxxxxx
I found two problem on my new Anker soundcore pro
my anker soundcore pro has a charging problem
There is only one white light after full charging
After full charging for 4 to 6 hours
Still the same with only one light
There is another problem with the mobile power function.
Unable to charge phone or other device
How can I do now ? I am not American.not live in USA.
I am Taiwaness.I live in Taiwan.Please help me. Matt Huang
