No my English teacher in 7th grade taught us about punctuation from that era it used to be quite common and can be very useful. My grandmother’s typewriter also had one along with a handful of other symbols that aren’t very common these days.

I’d heard about it from QI and the other day, as I pressed n held ? Suddenly it was there, along with an upside down ¿. I forgot what it was called.

Some of today’s symbols were used differently back a while, and as you said… there was a bunch of marks used, that we no longer use today.

I think wakey is going to be No1 wish item for most people.

I still want to have a go on a flare, but a rave would be nice, with hopefully bigher better brighter leds

The Flare is a real flagship, Mac.
I use it daily.
That’s a great speaker:
Fantastic design and great sound.
I own the “normal” version, enough for me!
And I don’t use the “light organ” of course.
Would get very confused with that feature! :joy:
