Zolo Liberty+ there is no sound from the left in calls

First of all, sorry to bad my english :slight_smile:
I bought zolo liberty+ today and test it. I can listening to music both earbuds but when i call someone, i can hear just right earbuds. There is no sound from the left in calls.

The other problem is; sometimes i want to use just one earbuds (left or right doesn’t it matter). But i can’t use just one earbuds. Because bluetooth can’t see just one in my ear, the other earbuds is in the case.

How can i solute this 2 problem? Thanks @AnkerOfficial

For starters it is mono when on calls, meaning only the right earbud will have call sounds. Second, the right earbud is the controller and therefore is the only one that can be used solely on it’s own, if you wish to use the left earbud you have to have the right one removed from the case in order for the left to work

I feel sad when i read your answer, because you said its mono and i cant use left earbuds only :frowning:
