HI
While I absolutely love my ear buds, i dropped my case and the lid popped off. I cannot seem to figure out how to put the pin back into place of the base since it does not retract? Any ideas on how to get the lid of the case back on? Any hints, tips or tricks please?

In order to put the lid back on, you will have to very carefully using a small flat head screw driver, pop out the inards as seen below. This will allow you to put the lid back into the holes an then you have to pop the inards and lid back down at the same time
