Your New Year’s REVOLUTION | Share and WIN

Lose 10 pounds is easy. Very easy. Can be done in about 5-6 weeks. The hard part is keeping it off because once you did it then that goal is met and you stop trying.

Exercise twice a week is not ideal, you’re better off doing 3 times a week (burn / rest / burn / rest / burn / rest).

Marathons can damage the body so be in a club with 'ole timers who can watch your style, so you don’t over-do it, but if you build up gently then its not that hard, mostly technique.

I’d like to travel more with the family.

This New Years, I have many goals. My first is to be able to be a good son, brother, and work hard. My second goal is to get into MIT. My parents claim that I have a good chance of getting in, but as my mom always says, victory is not yours until it is fully secured. My last and final resolution is to get from 160 pounds to 140 pounds without compromising my studies. So far, these are my resolutions for this year. #AnkerProducts4Life

Cateogory 3: Organizing My Daily Life
That was definitely the number one revolution on my actual list I made…yes I made a list  I am a mother of 6 beautiful, wonderful, smart children ages 8,7,6,4,2&6months old and they just need me to be way more organized then I have been. The better I can get my schedules down and do what needs to be done that gives me more time to do the fun stuff with them& spend more quality time! My kids are my life so anything and everything I do is for them! So on top of organizing my life just being the best mother I can be to them has, is&always will be my NYR! I do what I do for them they are my motivation to get up everyday to do what I got to do each day! I love you Bella, Joseph, Addie, Jace, Joshua & Brayden you are my :earth_americas::sunny::crescent_moon::heart:

I hope you are successful with all your goal. Was the picture from Halloween?

That was from when we went to the steam punk festival. We have gone the past two years and loved it

What i want to do is save up enough money and by the end up the year i should be able to get a motorcycle meant for long distance riding. I want to do cross country road trip from Cali to NY and everything in between.

I don’t want to go mad with any big resolutions but I’d like to generally look after myself a bit better, stay healthy and generally stay fitter. All in moderation
