All new soundcore speakers have passive radiators, I was looking around and saw this video, which is quite informative.
What are passive radiators on speakers and how do they work?

I had a set of KLH home Tower speakers that each had two 12 inch subwoofers turned out that one of the subs of each speaker was completely unpowered and functioned as a passive radiator. Point is that this technology is not exclusive to portable speakers.
I miss those speakers. I used to rock the neighborhood

This pulsing remembers me of a Celestion “bass pump” (now they sell 15 inch only ) we used in the late 60’ies.
Think the one we had was more wide.
Such a Marshall amp, this Celestion speaker and the “e” on the bass.
That was it!
