Agreed, it would have been better…probably the first time there support line has received more queries about the forum being down than for actual product support :laughing:

Keep getting “you were logged out” refresh and sent to home.

I’ve had that several times and loads of bug messages

Has Anker introduced a refreshing process to the forum?
If I leave the page open it now refreshes by itself. It never used to do that.

Think it’s a bug from the upgrade. I’ve had several refresh instances in Chrome while trying to respond to a thread or message, closing/opening the browser resolves for a period of time…

Also had the new and unread give some weird results over the past hour, 83 new topics :confused: and 5 unread, click either and there was 1 new and 2 unread :confounded:

Are you aware of these issues @AnkerOfficial @AnkerTechnical ?

Was down yesterday as well.

To add to the list of bugs, I am not getting any notifications (not even the blue number by my profile). Anyone else experiencing this?

Been a bit hit and miss for me today also…

Ive never had notification of unread messages etc, or come to that… Any emails on any subject.

Is it just me or are you guys also getting this message all the time saying ‘You were logged out.’ I refresh the page and I’m still logged in.

I hit refresh a few times over last few days, assumed it may be down to future changes with power user program and a change to forum layout.

Glad it’s back up and running again.
