Warranty for Anker soundcore q20 that bought from aliexpress

Sorry if it is not the correct forum but I bought anker headphone q20 model in March 2021 and they arrived in april 2021 and they worked fine until last week and like week and half ago the right earphone broked and I contacted anker official store in aliexpress( I bought from them) but they not answer.
Can I return the package and get full refund ?
please answer it is important.
