Wakey Firmware 0.6.0

Trying to update my Wakey to Firmware 0.6.0, progress gets to 1% and never completes in the Soundcore app. I’ve maintained connection from my phone. I’ve tried even sitting my phone on the Qi charging pad on the Wakey to no avail.

Try force closing the app and cleaning its cache and give it another go

Tried that to no avail.
Uninstalled app, reinstalled, rebooted phone, trying again. :frowning:

Sounds like really tried everything. I’d suggest contacting support
