Hi, I bought the wireless vertical mouse and have really loved it but lately it isnt responding when I move the mouse around. I thought my mousepad was the problem so I replaced it but still no better. Using directly on my desk isnt better or worse either. I have changed the batteries many times. Any ideas?

Cleaning the sensors?
I have used compressed air more than once to clear out the sensor area, no idea how else to clean that spot.
Have you tried using it with a different computer to see if the issue is still present?
As @tank as suggested, trying on a difference computer would be good to rule out possible driver or configuration issues.
Which OS are you using and do you see any updates recently applied?
