USB-C to Ethernet Adapter - Updated firmware now not working at all

Hi

  • Using a MacBook Pro with latest software… had a slower internet connection since using the adapter
    +Your website suggested a firmware upgrade - installed and re-started
  • I now have no network Interfaces as the OS is reporting that there is no h hardware installed…

Any help very gratefully received because as you can imagine, I am unable to work offline…

I read somewhere that only apple accessories will be compatible with the newest firmware… its not Akers fault it’s apples. I’m sure someone with a MacBook will respond soon sit tight.
