Unable to complete setup of homebase2

I followed the steps on the Eufycam app and can’t get beyond connecting my homebase2. The light is still red on the base. I’m trying to connect with my Orbi router. I’ve tested the Orbi connection by hard wiring my Mac to the router and it worked. Anyone know what else I can do?

Make sure to set up with a hard line into the homebase. Once setup you can then switch it to wireless

@Spy_cam sometimes it can take a while for the Homebase to setup and be detected by the app when hardwired, often due to a firmware update attempting to be applied. If you still have no detection after 30-60 minutes, hard reset the Homebase by disconnecting the power and try again.
