why? I just got this speaker and to fix the delay with the aux (not bluetooth delay)
I have to update it. but when I try to update it I receive this message.
“The firmware selected is incompatible with your device.”
what can I do now? is my device just defective??

also i just tried on a second computer and I can now get past step two (no longer gives me incompatible error) but now half way through updating it just stops and says the update failed click “try again” to restart the update.
so i dont know which problem has a easier remedy.

I got the same problem with my Anker Soundcore Boost. Bought today and its saying the firmware is incompatable.

Any Ideas?
