Soundcore Vortex Low Battery Alert

Aside from charging them, does anyone know if there is a way to change the frequency that we’re given a low battery alert in the Vortex? Once mine hit 30%, I get the alerts about every 30 seconds. 30% is still quite a bit of battery life, and the fact that it mutes whatever I’m listening to then the alert sounds is frustrating. Hands down my only negative about the Vortex so far.

I’m guessing the answer to my question is “No, just suck it up and live with it,” but I figured I’d ask. You never know.

Emailed them, and the response was pretty much what I expected: no way to change it. The support rep did say they’ve heard this complain from others, so hopefully it’s something they’ll tweak in the future.
