soundcore mini pairs but no sound

hi there, my soundcore pairs ok. but sound only plays out of my phone. I can still pause the phone music with the play button on the speaker. I have tried resetting with the M button and forgetting the pairing, but problem persists. Thanks

Have you tried to pair the speaker with another device?
What phone you are using?
Does the speaker show up at the bt list of your phone?
What are the settings of that speaker at the phone?

@Laurence_Kilpatrick Are you using an iOS or Android phone?

If your phone is running Android, make sure both ‘Media and Phone’ audio are selected for use under the BT settings for the paired speaker.
