I installed my new speaker/microphone on a win 10 Notebook (Lenovo T470s) and while the speaker is working fine the mic does not seam to work. I tried the same speaker/mic on my windows surface 2017 an it worked fine. Daoes anyone know how to deal with this issue?

there might be different bt drivers installed at the Lenovo and the Surface as these use different bt card I suppose.
There were showing up many problems with windows 10 and it’s bt driver the last time.
Please take a look at the other threads talking about these problems.
I do really hope you may find a satisfying solution for your issue there.
