Soundcore Life Q20 won't connect to pc

I recently purchased a set of Soundcore Life Q20 headphones.
They work perfectly with my Android phone.
When I try to connect them to my Windows Home 64bit HP PC, they connect and immediately turn off.
I’ve tried updating windows, bluetooth drivers, resetting the headphones, restarting, etc…

Any help, please?

Maybe update the drivers

Remove the default bt drivers given by MS.
Install those drivers from the manifacturer of your bt-card.
This will help in the most cases. :grinning:
