Recently purchased a pair of Life Q20’s and for the price range they are definitely good value (other than some less quality plastic build).
Question is, any movement of my head and they come off! It’s either me that gave a weird shaped head or they simply do not stay put whenever you move your head slightly faster.
Anyone else experienced this?
We are sorry to hear your headphones are not working properly. According to the information you described, the issue you are experiencing is very unusual. Please try to adjust the length of the headband to see if it helps at all.

Hi! Many thanks for your reply. I’ve indeed tried to adjust them in all different settings. I love the sound but any head movement a bit faster or stronger than usual and they slide off.
