Soundcore life q10 pairing issues with Fire HD 10

When I try and pair my Soundcore life q10 with my fire HD 10, it does not show up in my pairing list. Any ideas?

Same issue goes for my Soundcore Motion+ and my Soundcore Liberty Air 2. I can not get my fire tablet to see any of them in the pair list.

Try this:

  • ensure if you connected the Q10 to anything else prior, they have their bluetooth disabed.
  • turn off/on the Life Q10 and your Fire HD off/on
  • try pairing now.

If this worked then what happened was:

  • one of the other previously connected devices was connected so the Q10 not in pairing mode.
  • you’d connected to a newer version of bluetooth before the Fire HD without a power cycle.

That’s odd, i have 2 fire tablets and they can see and pair any bluetooth speaker around. Wish I could help you though
