Soundcore Liberty Air 2 - Left earbud do not charge

Soundcore Liberty Air 2 - Left earbud do not charge.
I had this for 4-5 months and maybe used them for 20-30 hours in total. Now suddenly the Left earbud do not charge. I tried to reset and that do not work because they do not blink 3 time red because of the low battery.

After that I can not connect the right bud either so only problem with this. Do the warranty cover this because I am super irritated to sit 1 hour and try to connect this…

Make sure there isn’t anything down in the case, a can of air works well, something could be blocking the pins from touching.
If you got them from amazon or so known company you are still under warranty and can email them at service@soundcore.com.

Clean the case and the earbuds, maybe there is some dust blocking it from charging
