Soundcore Flare+ heating issue

Has anyone experienced heating issues with your Soundcore Flare/Flare+ units? esp on the rubber stopper and led ring portion. Both my Flare+ seems to be heating up real quick just after a few minutes of using.

I think could be is something wrong with your FLARE.
Write an email to the support, but please recognize they all are on vacations. So it might take a little while to get an answer.

@fhassm thanks! Apparently it’s a know issue with the Flare+ with the LEDs turned on as per their response:

" The rubber part below will be a little hot after the LED light is on, it is a general issue and will not bring you any other issue. "
