so I’ve connected my soundcore boost to multiple devices through these days and crackling sound problem happens in my device only but the main issue i am facing now is whenever i stop music the blue light goes blinking and Bluetooth disconnects and after a minute it connects again. It mainly happens on mobile while on laptop there are no drops. Is it a feature or a problem?

Hi @Jashandeep_Singh , have you tried a fresh pairing of your mobile and the SoundCore Boost to see if the problem is resolved?
You could also try completing a firmware update, which will fix any small issues Anker has found since the speaker was produced.

yes i updated my soundcore and paired multiple times with different devices and what i found is disconnection mainly happens with newer devices while on old devices this is not happening.
Not sure if this has been mentioned already and I’m too lazy to read through the thread right now but try clearing the data and cache in your Bluetooth settings then resetting your phone and repair the speaker.
i’ve changed phones which works well on other Bluetooth devices. Updated Soundcore’s frimware 3-4 times.
Tested Devices which worked without any issues: XPERIA L, LUMIA 550, NOKIA 3 and iPad 3(disconnected only once).
Tested devices which had disconnection issue: SAMSUNG C7 PRO, ONE PLUS 6 and Nokia 6.1(2018).
And Bluetooth data cleared multiple times in my device already.
Bluetooth disconnects only when music stops playing and it happens within 10 seconds and within 30-40secs it connects again and this cycle continues until i play music.
Have you tried resetting from the speaker end by pressing and holding the power button for 4 seconds or more when in standby?
